Usually not in the sticker: Microsoft 365 or other SaaS licenses, net-new hardware, domain registrar fees, and on-site / travel time — we quote those when the engagement needs them.

Pricing FAQ
- What’s included in the listed ITaaS prices?
- Monitoring, patching hygiene, portal helpdesk with SLA, early incident notifications, and detailed service reports at the cadence for each tier. Microsoft 365 / other licenses, new hardware, and on-site travel are scoped separately when needed.
- Monthly vs annual — how does billing work?
- Toggle Annual to see the discounted per-month rate (about 15% off) with the yearly total underneath. Self-serve Subscribe is monthly today; choose Ask about annual to lock in yearly billing via proposal. Training seats (Security Awareness) are already billed per seat per year.
- How is this different from a custom proposal?
- Listed plans are commercial starting points you can subscribe to online. Proposals cover multi-site, co-managed, federal/set-aside, or bundles that mix ITaaS with hosting, cyber, and projects.
- What about response times and onboarding?
- Priority issues target a fast first response (about 15 minutes on average for contracted SLAs). Onboarding includes inventory, access, and monitoring setup before we go live on the portal.
